Sept 2015 - Sept 2016
615 H Street NW in Washington DC is a mixed use development on the site of an existing famous Chinese restaurant in the Chinatown quarter. Despite the restaurant is not registered by the historic preservation board, the developer and architect strive to keep its significance, and yet bring this new office and retail building into the current century.
